Dr. Pablo González serves as Director of Clinical and Site Operations, delivering site feasibility, selection, startup, management, regulatory compliance, and study monitoring. His work forges relationships with the largest maintained site network in Latin America, as well as with those limited-resource communities in which PanAmerican operates.

With more than 15 years of experience running clinical trials in multiple indications throughout Central and South America, Pablo helped Quintiles (now IQVIA) LATAM transform its operations and technology to embrace more agile and forward leaning practices, served as Site Startup and Management Director, and has served as a local regulatory consultant to US and EU pharmaceutical companies conducting trials in Latin America. Pablo is active in the clinical research community having participated as a key speaker on clinical research at the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and at the Mexico City National Symposium for Site Quality.
