As President, Mitchell Parrish is responsible for strategy, innovation, and the overall growth and management of PanAmerican and its team members across 8 offices and throughout the Americas. He also leads legal and regulatory operations ensuring compliance and protecting PanAmerican’s important mission to further clinical research while building healthier communities.
Prior to PanAmerican, Mitchell served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Quorum Review, Inc. and organizational leader of Kinetiq, Quorum’s clinical trial consulting and software development division. Under his leadership the company established itself as a dominant player in the global clinical research field and was acquired in March, 2019 in one of the largest transactions ever for a commercial IRB. Previously, Mitchell served as an associate attorney in the Life Sciences and FDA practices at the international law firm K&L Gates and as a consultant to the National Cancer Institute.
Mitchell is a frequent speaker on clinical research and regulatory topics and is a published author. He is Faculty for the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society, a Steering Committee member for Harvard’s Multi-Regional Clinical Trial Center, and on the Board of Directors for Life Science Washington. He is a licensed attorney in Washington and Oregon and has his Regulatory Affairs Certification.
