Dr. Eulises Franco is Senior Medical Advisor and responsible for treatment landscapes and cross-functional execution of clinical trials. Eulises works with sponsors, CROs, sites, and governments to support both medical and regulatory affairs.
Eulises has over 20 years of clinical research practice in Phase I-IV and on the ground clinical operations experience in nearly every country in Latin America. He has worked as Medical Director at Sanofi Genzyme for Central America and the Carribbean where he focused on rare diseases and multiple sclerosis, as Project Manager and Regional Field Operations Manager for Novartis in Central and South American, and as ICON’s CRO Manager and Medical Advisor in Mexico and Colombia.
Eulises is a native of Colombia and a Board Certified Epidemiologist. He sits on scientific boards responsible for monitoring emerging infectious disease in Latin America and is heavily involved in disease prevention and education outreach. Eulises also trains physician residents in Latin America on GCP, as well as pharmacovigilence.
